Well firstly this is not to do with Terminator! There are two parts to this, the first being a set of legs, these can help people with disabilities to walk, and also to help in rehabilitation.
Then there is the suit, again this can be used for the above, but also in factories, disaster response. This is due to the fact the suit can enable you to carry more weight that physically possible. The suit work by having electrical sensors on your body, these then pick up the electrical signals sent through your nervous system. These signals are then transformed into the correct movement by the suit.
These are meant to be in production, and come with a $4,200 price tag.
