DIY sous vide immersion cooker…

So what is a sous vide immersion cooker? It is a machine that slow-cooks food in a vacuum sealed bag, in a water bath at a precise temperature.  Home versions of these cookers are still couple of hundred pounds, this make guide shows how you can make on for around $75.
